Welcome to South Bohemia! You will have several days full of the impressive performances in challenging disciplines that I admire, but also with the joy of movement, the new insights, possible friendships, reasonable rivalry, emotions, inspiration and belonging. I will be very happy if you will bring to your homes unforgettable experiences from sports grounds in Lipno and also from our beautiful city of České Budějovice. I believe that a lot of fans will come to support you creating a fantastic atmosphere, like in the previous years. I have been a proud patron of disabled athletes for several years and I would love to see some of you at the XIV Paralympic Winter Games in Italy in 2026.
